Ticket Sales Policy
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. In the event of a canceled performance, ticket holders will be contacted with options for a rescheduled date, a credit voucher, or a full refund. Please review your date, time, and seat selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund Policy - classes

Class Cancellation and Refund Policy
All class registrations are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued after payment is processed. If a student drops out or misses a session, they remain responsible for the full tuition. In the event that Salida Improv Movement must cancel a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
